  Crow Creek actually has two separate residential neighborhoods, one with single family custom homes, and the other comprised of two and three-bedroom low-rise condominiums and attached homes(essentially townhouses).  Both sections are positioned in and around the renowned 18-hole public course, Crow Creek Golf Club

Former forest and farmland, the geography is marked by open tracts, small rolling hills, and tree-lined fairways.  All lies in close proximity to the South Carolina border and Grand Strand area.  Like most locales in the area, one or more beaches are but a few minutes drive away!

Amenities can be summed up as plentiful!  Single family property owners have their own resident’s club, as do the condo/attached home residents.  An additional facility, the Crow Creek Wellness Center has one of the best-equipped exercise facilities in the county, with numerous machines and free weights.  An indoor pool is also available, and the sizeable outdoor pool has the favored “zero-entry” feature, allowing walk-in access.  This newest recreational offering is available to all Crow Creek property owners

  A mixed-use complex of brick residential and “live/work” townhomes on mainland Sunset Beach, this new pedestrian community is within a brief walk of shops, banks, restaurants, and services!  The extremely strategic location, between Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach, is a short drive to several of the area’s top golf courses, too.  The nostalgic design is reminiscent of yesteryear’s small- town main street!

Cloistered around Ingram Planetarium, the two and three story units can suit a number of potential owners.  The “live/work” units have a first floor that may be used as a retail or office space, with two additional floors of living space above. 

The two story “carriage townhouses” consist of two and three bedroom residential floor plans, most with either single or double detached garages.

The latest plan has yet to be built, but the developer hopes to begin a new, three story rowhouse-type plan, with garages on the ground floor and optional interior elevators to the second and third floor living spaces.

  A long-time favorite resort-type condo complex, The Colony’s popularity may be attributed to its proximity to Sunset Beach, the Intracoastal Waterway, and several golf courses.  All buildings have three floors, however, only the newest buildings have elevators.

Colony I, the oldest phase, was completed in the 1980’s.  The two-bedroom, lock-out units are spacious, many with views of Oyster Bay Golf Course. The floor plan configuration lends itself to the “condotel” type of rental, but many are vacation homes for their owners. Outdoor pool and tennis court number the amenities.

Colony II is the newer section, and has no golf views.   Begun in the 1990’s, the oldest in this phase are one and two-bedroom units.  The two-bedroom plan has the lock-out feature. The three newest buildings, finished in 2006 are all three-bedroom plans, with no lock-out, and do have elevator access.  The amenities in this section include indoor and outdoor pools, clubhouse, exercise room, and hot tub.

The Colony presents an affordable beach getaway spot, but can also provide some rental potential!
  Sunset Beach’s newest and most distinctive Intracoastal Waterway address is comprised of three-bedroom, three-bath luxury condominiums!  With nothing in the vicinity that is truly similar, The Regency has breathtaking waterfront views and matchless appointments.
